I have lived on the Central Coast all my life. After finishing at Woy Woy High School, I Studied Carpentry (Builder) at Gosford Technical College and soon after started Jonita homes and a family with my lovely wife Anita.
32 years, 6 children and 4 grand children later Jonita Homes has had the privilege of building so many family Homes and Units for our clients on the Central Coast and Hunter Valley area.
Using my extensive experience of building and construction as well as my intimate knowledge of this area I provide the best house and land packages available. I know the good tradies to call, I know the councils, I know to suburbs and I know the people.
What sets me apart from other builders is that there are no hidden costs. I do what it says on the pack, I provide a detailed quote, go through it with you so you understand what it includes and what is extra.
I don't provide and flat pack or cheap building materials, I build my own kitchens and pay special attention to each and every detail of the houses and units I build, I stand by the homes I build, which is rare in this day and age.
