We can help you work out your house plan and work out all the fine detail like dimensions and if the bath will really fit in that space. We draw up all the fine detail that you will need to submit plans to councils, engineers, carpenters, bricklayers, earth movers etc.
Development Application Lodgement
If dealing with the council is not your thing let us take care of this for you, with over 32 years working with councils in this area we know the planning department and can get your plan through Council hassle free.
Construction Certificate Lodgement
Do you need a third party to make sure your construction certificate is lodged and approved on time, let us use our experience to get your construction certificate.
Site Analysis and Surveys
Need to work out what you can do with your block of land, get us to do a site analysis and survey so you know exactly what size land you have, what you can do with it and the best use of the land.
